Please note that by using Cavan Physiotherapy Clinic online shop on any devices, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions replace any previous Terms and Conditions, and may be modified by the Company at any time.
In these Terms and Conditions "Company" means Cavan Physiotherapy Clinic, "Customer" means the person, firm or company buying products from the Company. "Products" means the items forming the purpose of the agreement between the Company and a Customer. "Order" means the written instruction placed by the Customer to the Company to supply the Products.
Making a purchase Online
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on the basket and go to the checkout. We accept payments via Paypal. Do not worry if you do not have a Paypal account, you can pay with a Credit or Debit Card without creating an account.

All Orders placed through the website are subject to the Company's acceptance in its sole and absolute discretion. No contract shall come into existence until we accept your order and we reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any or no reason and without liability to the Customer or anyone else. Any acceptance will be subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change or cancel orders before they are dispatched for delivery and/or withdraw any product displayed on this Site without notice at any time before your order is accepted.
Orders are subject to availability of Products. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by any suspension, delay or cancellation of any Order by the Company, regardless of whether it was accepted or not, or of a negligence or whatsoever by the Company.
We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receipt of orders. If a Product is not in stock, a back order will be placed for the Customer and will be delivered as soon as the Product is back in stock.
Upon delivery of the Products, the Customer shall inspect the Products and note any discrepancy, visible defect and/or damage in the deliveries on the delivery notice. The Customer shall notify the Company in writing of any discrepancy, defect and/or damage in the deliveries within three (3) days upon delivery of the Products. After three (3) days, the Customer will be deemed to have accepted the Products and the Company will not consider any claim.
If the Products received do not comply in quantity or in quality with the Products invoiced due to the Company's fault or negligence, the Customer may ask either for the Products to be replaced by the Company as soon as reasonably practicable, or for the cancellation of the relevant invoice within fourteen (14) days upon delivery of the Products.
The Company will not consider any claim relating to the Products after fourteen (14) days upon delivery of the Products. No indemnity or compensation whatsoever shall be due to the Customer in this respect.
Products delivered in excess shall be returned to the Company or invoiced to the Customer, if the Customer accepts the Products in excess.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling within the Republic of Ireland is a flat rate of €5.00 on every order. We are unable to deliver outside of the Republic of Ireland.
Risk of Loss/Damage
The risk with regard to the Products passes to the Customer when they are placed on vehicle for delivery from the Company's warehouse or collected from the Company by the Customer or the Customer's agent/courier. This applies also to return of goods from the customer to the company when he uses his own courier. The carriage of the Products is thus always at the Customer's risk, irrespective of the methods of sale or dispatch, as a such the Company cannot be held responsible for any delay and/or goods lost, damaged in transit.
You can return unopened products in the original packaging, seals and unbroken tags within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase (provided these products are returnable). If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Purchased products are not to be returned unless written authorisation has been received from the Company or an official collection has been arranged with prior written approval of the Company. Customers wishing to return items must contact the Company and will be sent a return form which can be sent by email or by post. This must be done within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the Products.
Incorrectly ordered items, or items that the customer wish to return due to incorrect ordering or unwanted items will not be refunded for delivery/postage costs and the Customer will be charged for collection fees if the Company uses its courier. The Customer can use its own courier at its own risk. Refunds will not be processed unless the goods are returned in perfect and sealable conditions.
We kindly ask that you send all returned items via a tracked/registered delivery service. If your refundable parcel is lost during transit, the Company will not be held liable.
For Hygienic reasons, some Products cannot be returned. These include but are not limited to belts, splints, back supports, pillows, any garments worn on the skin, unsealed products,
The Company will inspect faulty products upon return to ensure fault is as described and is not caused by a misuse or failure to follow instructions before providing any replacement or refund. Refunds will not be processed for any damage caused by the Customer.
Products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.
